Shop Directions.

We are located on Rt 158 know locally as the bypass at milepost 12.5 in Nags Head NC. An easy landmark for the shop is the Jockeys Ridge State Park ( The Giant Sand Dune). We are located right across the bypass just South of us you'll find the Kitty Hawk Kites complex and SOOEY'S Barbecue. We can also be reached on the beach road, RT12. Charter Boat Directions

From North of Whalebone Junction (Nags Head, NC):

1)    Follow Route 158, known as the Bypass or Croatan Hwy., (Outer Banks Dive Center is at 12.5 mile post), South to Whalebone junction located at mile post 16.5 .  Stay in the right hand lane, and the bypass will change from Route 158 to Route 64 West, heading towards Roanoke Island. 

2)    After crossing the Washington Baum Bridge (big rise bridge), you will go straight through a traffic light located at Pirates Cove.

3)    The next traffic light after Pirates Cove is where Route 345 to Wanchese meets Route 64.  Turn Left at this light onto Route 345 South.

4)    Follow Route 345 south for Approx. 4 miles to the town of Wanchese.  The road appears to fork at the Wanchese Church, stay to the left.  You will soon pass the Wanchese Post Office on the left side of the road.

5)    Approx. 3/10 mile down the road on the left is Harbor Road (On right side is sign for Wanchese Industrial Seafood Park), make Left onto Harbor Road.

6)    Approx. 1/2 mile down Harbor Road will be a stop sign, turn Right (there is also a sign for Broad Creek Marina pointing right).  Go past the Broad Creek Marina boathouse on the right (BIG white building) and turn RIGHT into the Marina.  Slowly drive up to the loading area and the GO-BETWEEN is docked off to the left.

7)    Unload your gear at the dock and then park where directed by staff/crew.

From Manteo (North end of Roanoke Island):

1)    Go South on Route 345/64Bus. to light at four way intersection with Alt. 64 West /64 East (Nags  Head).

2)    Go straight on Route 345 South to Wanchese. (Follow # 4 to 7 above.)

From West of Roanoke Island (on 64 from I-95 or Raleigh, NC):

      1) After crossing the Virginia Dare Bridge (Alt. 64 East) and Visitors center, turn Right onto Route 345 South to Wanchese at the light of the four way intersection.  Go straight on Route 345 to Wanchese.  (Follow # 4 to 7 above.)

From South of Whalebone Junction (Cape Hatteras):

1)    Follow Route 12 North to Whalebone Junction / Nags Head.  After leaving Cape

Hatteras National Seashore Preserve, make a Left to 64 West towards Roanoke Island.  (Follow # 2 to 7 above.)
